The information provided through the NOAH ClimateGuard platform and Flood Diagnostic Tool (collectively, the "Platform") has been prepared by NOAH Intelligence Inc. ("NOAH") using proprietary models, data sources, and analytical methods, including NOAH's HydroSim™ physics-based flood modelling engine. The Platform is intended for informational and decision-support purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering advice, certified insurance underwriting, financial advice, or legal opinion. NCRI scores and component ratings are designed to inform property risk decisions — including insurance planning, capital investment prioritization, and grant applications — but should be used alongside, not in place of, professional advice in those domains.

Flood hazard scores, infrastructure performance ratings, and all related outputs are generated through computational simulations of historical and projected storm events. While NOAH strives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of these outputs, all modelling results are inherently subject to uncertainty due to limitations in available data, model assumptions, and the natural variability of hydrologic, hydraulic, and climatic conditions.

The NOAH Climate Resilience Index (NCRI) and its component scores — including Flood Hazard (P1), Infrastructure Performance (P2), Building Vulnerability (P3), and Resilience Measures (P4) — represent estimates based on available data at the time of assessment. Scores may change as new storm data is ingested, infrastructure records are updated, or property assessments are completed. NOAH makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any score or output produced by the Platform.

Recipients of Platform outputs are solely responsible for evaluating their suitability for any intended use and for making all decisions based on their own professional judgment and independent verification. NOAH disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of, or reliance upon, any information provided through the Platform.

Property assessments completed through NOAH Inspect are conducted by property owners and occupants using a guided inspection process, with results processed through PropVu's platform. Inspection results contribute to Building Vulnerability (P3) and Resilience Measures (P4) scoring and are subject to the same modelling limitations described above.

All proprietary methodologies, models, and outputs remain the intellectual property of NOAH Intelligence Inc. and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or modified without written consent.
